PE TWEET

The cat and camel  is a  exercise that stretches muscles that stabilize the spine, including the back extensors and abdominals.

Get onto your hands and knees, with your knees spaced hip-width apart and your hands directly beneath your shoulders. Tighten your abdominal muscles and arch your spine upward toward the ceiling. Hold the position for at least 10 seconds, then slowly relax your back. Allow your stomach to fall toward the floor, bring your shoulders together and stretch your back downwards into a swayback position. Hold for 10 seconds, then return to the starting position. Repeat the entire sequence at least three more times.


Superman exercise


With the Superman’s exercise, remember to exhale as you lift your arms and legs up off the ground. Then, after a few seconds of holding your core in, inhale, as you lower your arms and legs back down. This exercise is perfect for workout your abs, and your back.

How To Do the Superman Exercise
All you need is some floor space and an exercise mat.

Step 1
Lie on an exercise mat on your stomach. Bring your legs together and extend your arms overhead so your biceps are alongside your ears.

Step 2
Using the muscles of your back with a little help from your glutes, raise your legs and torso off the ground. Keep your legs straight and reach your fingertips away from you.

Step 3
Hold at the top of the exercise for five counts. Lower back down to the ground with control. Repeat for a total of 10 repetitions.

SELF-ASSESTMENT

I need to  improve grammar and translation and  especially pronunciation. I can improve it studying more ,and practicing more translation at home and in the English lessons.I have improved listening.  Apart from studying English,I  have watched some videos in English. In P.E I haved improved in the theorical exam but I need to improve practical exam. In geography I have studied a bit more than in the first  term and I have learned a lot of things about Texas because I have done a project about this city
